1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Anna Tusznio, operating as ANIATRENUJE.PL Anna Tusznio, an unregistered business under Article 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs’ Law.

No data protection officer has been appointed. Contact me directly using the email above for any data-related matter. A postal address is available upon request.

2. Data I collect

• Contact form: name, phone number or email, selected service and message.
• Consultation questionnaire: name, contact details, age, weight, height, goals, experience, lifestyle, availability and health data such as conditions, medication, injuries, pain, sleep, nutrition and supplements.
• Training relationship: session notes, progress, measurements and plan arrangements.
• Technical data: basic server information and browser storage described in the cookie policy.

Health information is special-category data. I process it only with your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR. Without it, I cannot safely plan training, but you may still send an ordinary message.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to enquiries and discussing a potential service — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Providing training and preparing a plan — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; health data is processed with explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a).
• Training safety and adapting loads to your limitations — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and your health-data consent.
• Handling accounts and defending possible claims — Article 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR.

Providing data is voluntary, but I cannot reply without your name and contact details or safely coach you without relevant health information.

4. Retention

• Enquiries and questionnaires from people who do not begin training: one year from receipt.
• Client data: throughout the relationship and for one year afterwards, or longer where required by law, for example for accounting.
• Consent-based data: until consent is withdrawn, if earlier.

5. Recipients and transfers

I do not sell or share your data for marketing. Trusted providers process it only on my instructions, including website hosting and database providers, email providers, Google Maps when you open directions, and analytics tools only after cookie consent.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under safeguards such as European Commission standard contractual clauses.

7. Security and automated decisions

Only I can access enquiries through a password-protected administration panel. Connections are encrypted. I do not profile you or make automated decisions; every training plan is prepared personally.

8. Reviews and image rights

Reviews on this website come from real clients who posted them publicly on Google or Facebook. I do not publish images or recordings featuring you without separate, voluntary consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

8a. Website AI assistant

• Using the AI assistant is voluntary. Messages entered in the chat are sent to the AI technology provider solely to generate a response.
• Chat history is stored locally in your browser and can be removed with the “Clear conversation” button. The Controller does not receive a copy of the history in the website admin panel.
• Do not enter health details, injuries, diagnoses or other special-category data in the chat. Use the secured consultation questionnaire for information needed before training.
• The assistant can make mistakes and does not provide medical advice. Important cooperation details should be confirmed directly with the Controller.

9. Changes

If the services or tools change, I will update this policy and the date shown above. The current version is always available here.
