- 2:1 partner training for two people exercising together
- training plans for independent use
- online coaching with a plan, video technique checks and ongoing contact
- nutrition plans providing general guidance on eating habits
The services are educational and training-based. They are not healthcare, physiotherapy or clinical dietetic services. General nutrition guidance does not replace advice from a doctor or registered dietitian.
§3. Forming an agreement
- Cooperation begins through the contact form, consultation questionnaire, phone or social media.
- Scope, frequency, duration and fees are agreed individually before the first session.
- Prices are not published on the website; financial terms are provided and confirmed individually.
- An agreement is formed when both parties confirm the agreed terms and date.
§4. Payments
- The website does not accept payments or sell services online.
- Payment is made directly in the manner agreed before cooperation begins.
- A written confirmation of payment is available on request.
§5. Cancellations and rescheduling
- A session may be cancelled or rescheduled without consequence at least 24 hours before its start.
- A cancellation within 24 hours means the session is forfeited unless we agree otherwise, for example in sudden illness.
- Late arrival does not extend the session, which finishes at the agreed time.
- If I cancel, I will offer the earliest possible replacement date.
- Cancellations are accepted by phone, SMS, Messenger or email.
§6. Health and safety
- Before training, the client completes a questionnaire and confirms that information about health, injuries and medication is accurate.
- The client confirms there are no known contraindications to exercise and consults a doctor when in doubt. Preventive medical checks before starting are recommended.
- Any change in health, pregnancy, injury or illness must be reported before a session.
- The trainer is not responsible for consequences of withheld health information or exercises performed contrary to instructions.
- The rules of each gym also apply on its premises.
- The trainer does not hold professional liability insurance; clients are advised to hold their own personal accident cover.
§7. Minors
I train people under 18 only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. The guardian provides contact details, completes the health questionnaire and consents to processing the child’s data, including health data.
§8. Results
I use professional care to make training safe and effective, but results also depend on consistency, sleep, nutrition and individual factors. I therefore cannot guarantee a specific outcome, such as a set amount of weight loss within a particular time.
§9. Copyright
Training plans, meal plans, materials and recordings are for your personal use only. They may not be resold, published or shared with third parties without permission. Website text and photography are protected by copyright.
§10. Consumer withdrawal
- A consumer who enters a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason by email.
- If you expressly request performance before those 14 days end and later withdraw, you pay for the proportion already performed.
- The right of withdrawal ends after full performance with your express consent and may not apply to digital content delivered with your consent before the withdrawal period ends.
§11. Complaints
- Send a complaint to kontakt@aniatrenuje.pl, explaining the issue and expected outcome.
- I respond within 14 days.
- Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution available in Poland, including the Trade Inspection authority and local consumer ombudsman.
§12. Website use
- You need a device with a current browser and internet access.
- Illegal content and actions that disrupt the website are prohibited.
- Forms may be used only for enquiries about training services.
- Data processing is described in the privacy policy, and browser storage in the cookie policy.
